A fitter, healthier you!
Fitness needn't be a chore and whether your goals are to stay fit, get fit, lose weight or 'all of the above', then you can really benefit from having someone guide and support you, whilst keeping your motivation levels high.
Want to get out in the fresh air? Even better. Whilst sweating it out on the treadmill or cross trainer will get you fit and help you manage your weight, it can sometimes feel a bit of a slog, so why not get out and about, do some running, some outdoor aerobics, some cycling and get the chance to connect with nature.
The restorative power of being out in the fresh air is greatly underestimated, I challenge you to not grin at the end of each session, not just because you've done a great job in meeting the physical challenges we agree, but because you've actually heard birds singing, felt the grass under your feet, breathed in some fresh, clean air.
Of course, with the Great British weather being what it is, there are times when only the gym make sense, not just for comfort, but for safety, so you can train indoors too.
And if you are currently sedentary and/or overweight, then be assured that your plan will be 100% tailored for you, starting at an appropriate level for your current fitness and condition and taking into account how much time you have available. Not all training needs to be formal either, I can help you explore ways in which you can become more active in general, moving towards an overall healthier lifestyle.
