Boo hoo, after starting to slowly get back to running, following the car accident in March (that had a much greater impact on my health than I'd first thought), another setback. Tingly arms, 'uncomfortable' upper back and a pretty creaky neck mean I may need to take another break. Running does make me feel great, but it's quite high impact, not ideal for spinal column.
Time to really practise my meditation and being grateful for all the good things in my life. Patience was never my strongest point. Ho hum!
